    I'm following a combination of the DASH plan for reducing blood pressure, Dr Sandra Cabbot's plan for healing a fatty liver, and incorporating I.F. (Intermittent Fasting or 5:2 on Sundays and Thursdays 200 cal/day) .. and walking 3-5 miles/day + yoga + pilates stretching

    My goal will be to lose 25# during this 100 day challenge. Just trying to get 30-45 min of exercise each day; eat smaller portions and try to lower the junk food. Thanks for starting this.
