    hey.. guys i have a group if you want to move this challenge to.. you can make threads each month.. so feel free to join the group and post away.. you can add whatever you like to the group.. its got alot of warm people..

    lets keep moving forward.. i have released over 200 pounds working on my last 30.. lets do this!

    Dear Members,

    As I'm sure many of you are aware, we recently debuted our much-anticipated Groups feature!

    To learn more about Groups, please see Mike's post here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/mike/view/new-feature-groups-167340

    Groups are now the perfect solution for anyone forming a challenge or a support group. If you have a thread in the Motivation and Support forum that's currently functioning as the home of a closed group, a support group, or a challenge for participating members, we'll be asking you in the next week or so to evolve into an actual Group.

    In the near future we'll be creating a public message board expressly for announcing the formation of Groups for challenges and support groups.

    Support groups and challenges already operating in the Motivation and Support message board can post a link to their group in their current thread to direct members to join.

    You may make your Group public or private (invitation only). You may wish to make the group public initially, so it's easier for your current participants to search and join, and then edit it to private mode once everyone has found it and re-gathered there.

    We greatly appreciate the effort it will take to make this transition, but the benefits will be well worth it. You'll essentially have the equivalent of an entire forum at the disposal of your group. You can start multiple topics, members can see a member list of all participating users, and you can create additional rules appropriate to your group, to name just a few options.

    If you have questions or concerns about the transition, please feel free to PM me and I'll be happy to help. We're also creating a brief document to help group administrators and moderators understand their roles and the tools available to them. I can give you a preview of that document if you need any of that clarified before the document becomes readily available.

    You and your "dread"mill - LOVE IT!! Sorry I haven't posted. Been a rough month for me with snowy/icy/cold weather grating on my fragile bones. Most of my walking was at grocery stores out of necessity and not anywhere close to what I wanted to do. My body is just NOT cooperating!

    2/4- 13 minutes
    2/7- 95 minutes
    2/8- 265 minutes
    2/16- 90 minutes
    2/19- 60 minutes
    2/22-150 minutes
    6d 673 minutes (11.21 hrs)

    I did find some Leslie Sansone videos online. I may need to start doing her 30 minute one daily, even if I can only do 10-15 minutes of it at a time.
