Biggest Loser Finale

From what I heard from how she did it, she ate 1800 calories and did about 4 to 5 hours of workouts each day. Probably should have upped the calories but that would be very, very hard to do in a competition. She obviously lost some muscle. An example a very athletic and disciplined person in regards to workouts. Too bad she has to deal with the scrutiny.0

In less than a month since the Biggest Loser Finale, Rachel Frederickson got some meat back on her bones. Thankfully her face filled out a bit.

Interestingly, trainer Jillian Michaels now says "How did the show fail her?" Little late to be self reflective.

My guess is that she was dehydrated for the weigh in and has probably put on 5 or more pounds by now just from re-hydrating.0
