Do you care where your weight lose is coming from.

Condescending OP is condescending. This isn't the first venture into the forums...for most us.0

Like a few other people said, I want my weight loss to be from my body.0

I vote we turn the thread into another 'Calorie is a calorie' thread, just for fun!
I'd rather kill puppies than be subjected to that nonsense again. And I love puppies.
You guys are the fuel. Thanks. ????0 -

Or slide over to his other thread....
It's as if he just "got it" and now feels it necessary to share it with the world . . . or he doesn't quite "get it" yet. The jury is still out . . .
Hey cat, didn't realise you were on this one as well. Do t get too over stimulated.0 -
Yes I do because I spend a lot of time naked. Cardio + VLC = Damn I'm flabby. Lifting + Moderate Deficit = Dat *kitten*!0

The advice is all over the board. People aren't just saying eat less than you burn. They're also saying, get enough protein and fat, and exercise your muscles to minimize lean body mass loss while losing.
You've got your big tick but on the threads I've been following not many people (other member) are sharing that information.
And to be fair there have been a lot of threads in the last month headed "a calorie is not a calorie" or "its not just calories in vs calories out" and they just become "what is a calorie" slug fests
Let's drop the calorie is a calorie debate now.
good idea. but could you tell me if a pound of fat is more than a pound of muscle? i've been confused about that one for a long time0 -
So far everyone who has posted in this thread has seemed to understand the concept for the most part. Maybe the key is doing some searching in the forums and doing some research rather than starting a thread that you can pawn off on curiousity, eventhough, I am guessing it has more with wanting to be able to say "I told ya so"? I don't know, just guessing.
Hey Rajah
Wondered when you would pitch in.
With all this knowledge, some of you seem to keep hold of it too much.
Maybe you should read.

I know that a pound of feathers are the same as a pound of bricks. But I would want to hit by one of them.0 -

Sorry this might be a bit of a contentious issue.
But does everyone understand where their losing their weight from.
Do you care?
I'm sorry, but the rules only allow for just one holier than thou question per post. Please revise
And this is why the thread is locked. Asking the same question different doesn't change that it violates the below rule
9. Do Not Post the Same Topic on Multiple Boards or Groups
Please choose the most appropriate board or group for your post and post it once. Posting the same message to multiple boards or multiple groups is a form of spam. Please note that this is NOT a guideline against inadvertently posting a question another member has asked before. We explicitly allow members to post questions that have been asked previously by other members. If you see a member post a topic that you think has been asked before by another member, please respond politely or simply move on. However, the same member cannot ask the same question or post the same topic more than once.
or
2. No Hi-Jacking, Trolling, or Flame-baiting
Please stay on-topic in an existing thread, and post new threads in the appropriate forum. Taking a thread off-topic is considered hi-jacking. Please either contribute politely and constructively to a topic, or move on without posting. This includes posts that encourage the drama in a topic to escalate, or posts intended to incite an uproar from the community.
