Finally explains why someone said there is a person posting 1.7 grams; probably a good idea if we read pounds or not. 0.7 grams per lb of lbm is not enough if you're on a deficit. 1-1.4 is better.

Depending on BF%, 0.7g per lb for total bodyweight is close. But obviously that's not what the poster I was responding to said.
Absolute binimum target for people in a calorie deficit who are training should be 1 gram per pound of lean body mass.0 -
