    If you log daily you're welcome to add me. I train almost every day (allowing me to stuff my face lol) and would be nice to have more MFP friends who're UK based as loads of my current friends are active at very different times due to time zones.

    I new too... only found MFP this week so I'm stil navigating my way around it. Its good to see others making the effort as well, I am a novice compared to some, but I still have goals I suppose so... gonna keep checking in here. Anyone (Brits mainly) who wants to add me please do.

    A bit of background, I am just 50 (still in shock from that big 0 birthday) , female, I'd love to lose a few pounds and get toned, I am trying with swimming and running but not so sure my knees will hold out on the running for long.

    I am down south, in Hampshire.... e-friends would be good to have.
