Measure your food. The likelihood of "eating and eating" but still not getting to 1200 sounds a little unlikely. You might surprise yourself with more accurate food measurements (assuming you aren't measuring already.)

That, or see a doctor. Sounds like an eating disorder.

I'm not eating and eating though :( , if I was I would be at 1600 no problem :P but I don't eat anything unless I can get the calorie amount for it, so I don't underestimate what I'm actually eating, but who knows? maybe I'm making a mistake with how much I'm eating and I'm getting more than I think

I drink a lot of water now though, and that has been keeping me full, so I'm thinking if I had to cut down on that I'd eat bigger portions

So if you had a glass of milk (2cups worth) and 2 pieces of bread (whole wheat 70 calories a slice) and 2 Tbsp. of All Natural Peanut Butter and 1 medium banana will get you to 740 calories and I wouldn't consider that much more than a snack...... if you eat alittle bit more calorie dense food, you should have no issues getting to 1200 calories in my opinion.....

the problem is, my meals have gotten smaller too, like I get full with a glass of milk, and if I add a piece of bread with peanut butter on it then I feel that nauseated feeling... D:

so then I would end up drinking a glass of milk and have a slice of bread with peanut butter and not eat again until lunch and my lunch is about 300 calories or so too and then I'll just net at about 800 :(

Again see a doctor if milk and some bread makes you sick. You could have something really wrong.

The thing is before I could eat double that and I'd be fine but now I feel bloated
I think my stomach has shrunk or something and now I can't eat much, especially if liquids are involved
Again, SEE A DOCTOR. A toddler can eat that much. If you are just looking for attention because you can't eat then that's one thing but if physically can't eat what do you want for advice. See you doctor for testing.

I just wanted some high calorie options to reach 1200 :o

People are giving you options and you say you can't possibly choke down some peanut butter toast and milk. A 3 year old could eat that, so I'm guessing you have a medical problem

I was about to say the same thing.....add something like nut butters. When I get really tired and just want to quit at 1,000 calories for the day I must remember that I will be cheating myself of nutrition. I usually go into the fridge and get an apple, about two tablespoons of almond butter and a tablespoon of raisins or dried cherries. A glass of nonfat milk tops this all off. You need to try to get more calories in or your run the risk of losing muscle and being malnourished.:drinker:

When I read posts like yours I am always a bit perplexed. If your desire to lose 30 pounds ( that's what I gather from your profile page ) is legitimate ( which I wonder, because of your username ) you obviously know how to eat 1200 calories or even more., because otherwise you would not be overweight.
Why don't you share your stats, so people can make meaningful suggestions instead of guessing......
So with all due respect; I do wonder if your desire to lose 30 pounds is a healthy/necessary one......either way, you will benefit from a consultation with a diet specialist.

I'm also curious how much you actually weigh?

Also, with a username ending in '99', I must question if you are actually old enough to be using this site since it has an age restriction.

I suggest seeing a professional if you are having that degree of an issue with eating.

    Bingo!!!!!!^^^
It sounds like attention seeking or an eating disorder. But I've found that a lot of it on here is attention seeking. They want everyone to comment and make a fuss over them!

Not really sure if anyone has pointed it out, but maybe the nausea is a medical problem that you may need taken care of?
Do you have stomach ulcers? I had that issue when I was younger, and I felt intense pain even after eating a gummy bear. It was cured, and my normal appetite returned.

I really don't think it is an eating disorder (as in anorexia), because there are a lot of factors that go into diagnosing that illness.
She is pretty open to food suggestions, and most people that are developing an eating disorder stick to "safe foods."

I really do believe you have a medical problem regarding your stomach or digestive system. You may not think you do, but feeling nausea after eating bread and milk isn't normal at all.

U can purchase a diet shake or protein shake for about $20-30 and they have about 15-20 servings each container. You can drink one before bed and that will make your calorie intake to around 1200-1400.

Other high calorie foods include avocado, steak and pork, chocolate, wine, bread, pasta and potatoes. Most of those are unfortunately high carb and fat.

Nothing wrong with that as long as she's within her calorie goals. Carbs and fat are good.

    ... Or both.

It's really not that hard to get to 1200 calories unless you physically have trouble eating ( like wisdom teeth removal or a vomiting sickness ). One time this past summer I had a hard time eating because I got sick, but that only literally lasted 3 days.

I'm 5'2 and 44 yrs old, have no problem eating. I eat between 1600-1800 calories a day. See ticker below.

Congratulations! Did you lose all that weight eating 1600 - 1800 calories a day, or is this your maintenance level?

Not always. I'm in the early 50's and have trouble getting to 1200 cal a few days a week and I've always been that way. Everyone's different.
