    Well done,excellent job. You are looking great & obviously feeling great too.
    I'm at the start of my journey, two weeks into recording food & exercise on "my fitnesspal'
    I've just lost 2.3kg, starting going to Curves gym 5 times a week & walk with my husband
    for 40mins 4 days a week.
    I am 64 years old & it wasn't just a case of wanting to get back into shape but needing too,
    I could feel my ankles,knees & hips were struggling, so off the couch & get moving!!
    Hope I'm as successful as you over the next 12 months,thanks for sharing your story
