30 day Plank Challenge?

I really want a good core exercise that doesn't require any equipment or a huge amount of time. I already have my cardio workout down to a T and I have other strength exercises, but I would like just a little something more to get me ready for the summer.

Has anyone taken the 30 day Plank Challenge? I know it's a difficult one to do, especially by the 30th day, but if it works I am definitely considering it.

Let me know if you've had success with this, or if it's a total disaster.
