I did it last month. It was tough but I was able to do the full challenge! I really surprised myself at how long I was able to hold the plank. I would definitely do it again.

I've done the Planksgiving challenge, building up from 20 seconds to 3 minutes in 30 days:

I'm now taking it further and have worked my way up to 3:30. Due to attempt 3:45 later today and get to 4 minutes by the end of the month. I definitely notice a difference -- I don't think I've ever had abs before like what I'm seeing in the mirror.0 -

Hehe, I do them when I'm bored in Gym Class so I'm used to it.
