21 Day Challenge

Time for me to kick off round 2 of 21 days...so here our my daily goals for this round......
1) work out 6 days a week
2) Eat more protein ( most of my days have been under 100 grams lately)
3)Spend at least 15 minutes a day in prayer
5) call or write one person each week i have not talked to in awhile
6)Drink water with my meals( still fight with this one, so will keep at it until its a habit)
7) Log my workouts and calories daily on MFP
8) Run a 7 minute mile( was running a mile in 6 mins last summer, but im not there yet)
9)compliment a stranger each day( with phones, headphones and todays technology,people are far less social nowadays)
10) and my goal for the end of this round, to weight 179 lbs by day 21!

I am stealing yours... Minor some adjustments. I have too much reading with school so I have removed that and I will make my goal of running a mile 8.5 minutes (baby steps here) oh and my goal weight will be 118 (CW 122) and hopefully fit into those d*** short-shorts and yes I too started today. Thank you for starting it up again!0 -

Day 1 of 21- A great day, I breezed through my goals today, had a great workout this morning, went for a jog this evening just to enjoy the Spring weather, Hit every goal but had sweet tea one meal , but had about a gallon of water for the day so tried to make up for it. Overall a good day looking forward to a great Sunday!0
