    Whole wheat tortilla, 2 slices of center cut bacon, half ounce sharp cheddar, and half a tablespoon of ranch dressing. Rolled and toasted in a frying pan until cheese is melted. Yummy goodness at 255 calories. I sometimes use low sodium turkey sausage instead of bacon.

    red bull zero to get me through my trainer he started me on some kinda trx thing boy is my stomach muscles hurting then i did granola and lowfat yogurt not excited for the day i am having serious cravings.........

    6 days out of 7 half a cup of yogurt (whichever I have on hand) 1/3 cup granola (same thing) and some fruit (blackberries strawberries or somne of the stuff we have canned - had Blood Orange cardamon marmelade the other morning)
    the other day it's either bacon/eggs or oatmeal

    Porridge with full fat milk, 1 tsp cocoa, 1 tbs peanut butter and 1 tsp demerara sugar on top (got the idea from someone on here), plus some leftover baked rhubarb on the side and 2 cups of assam tea.

    1.5 oz Avocado
    all on a Thomas' Multi-grain light english muffin.

    And a cup of Tetley's tea -- then two more at work

    Im also addicted to peanut butter in my porridge - I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MMMMMM!!

    I LOVE PEANUT butter to be honest... Ha Ha : )

    hello PB buddy!!! I am in love with PB too, can't get enough of the stuff, and I also stir it into my porridge. YUM

    My porridge (which I make with water) today contained pecans, blueberries and wholenut PB of course.
