    6 days out of 7 half a cup of yogurt (whichever I have on hand) 1/3 cup granola (same thing) and some fruit (blackberries strawberries or somne of the stuff we have canned - had Blood Orange cardamon marmelade the other morning)
    the other day it's either bacon/eggs or oatmeal

    Porridge with full fat milk, 1 tsp cocoa, 1 tbs peanut butter and 1 tsp demerara sugar on top (got the idea from someone on here), plus some leftover baked rhubarb on the side and 2 cups of assam tea.

    Breakfast samich:

    2 egg whites
    1 slice Full fat American cheese
    1 slice Apple wood smoked bacon
    1.5 oz Avocado
    all on a Thomas' Multi-grain light english muffin.

    And a cup of Tetley's tea -- then two more at work

    Today I had porridge with sprinkled cinnamon and chopped apples!!!

    Im also addicted to peanut butter in my porridge - I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MMMMMM!!

    I LOVE PEANUT butter to be honest... Ha Ha : )

    hello PB buddy!!! I am in love with PB too, can't get enough of the stuff, and I also stir it into my porridge. YUM

    My porridge (which I make with water) today contained pecans, blueberries and wholenut PB of course.

    A protein shake: Kroger brand Greek yogurt (yumberry & blackberry flavor), 1/2 scoop protein powder (20g), and about 50g of frozen blueberries.

  • Almond and honey porridge, a banana and an apple as I did a long run this morning, and cycled to work so needed to fuel up for work! :)

    My grab and go breakfast was: 2 boiled eggs, 2 baby bell light cheese and a banana. Not all fancy like most of your breakfasts; but fills me up :happy:

    Sunny side up egg on two slices of tomato and half a sourdough English muffin sprinkled with just a pinch of shredded cheddar for flavor and some lemon pepper. Had a 1/2 cup of chobani plain yogurt to go with it.

    Two servings egg substitute
    Sriracha
    A handful of diced peppers (today they just happened to be orange. Tomorrow will be green)
    Two slices toast

    Prepared in a pan, it's worth the 8-10 minutes. I hate microwave eggs and microwaved egg substitute never really cooks.

    Coffee.


    Weekends add in pancakes or other stuff, depending on what the kids want.

    1 container of Plain Greek Yogurt with a 1/2 cup of fresh blueberrys mixed in
    1 small banana
    20 oz of Black Coffee
