    I'd buy a condo. I live in NYC. I'd get a personal trainer. I'd travel.

    Pay off my student loans & start a more serious savings account. After that, I'd get a nicer apartment & travel.

    I'd still work just as hard as I always have. Save the most that I could, maybe take a really nice vacation, and live like I always did.

    I'm curious... If all of a sudden your annual income became your monthly income starting tomorrow... What would you do different? What would you change right away in your life?

    Pay off all my debts and the debts of my parents and sister. Create trust funds for my niece and nephew. Quit my job and become a full time volunteer and donate a lot of it to causes in which I believe.
