    Was meant to be another recovery run as I am feeling tired this week after the HM on Sunday.

    Turned out I felt better when I started running so turned into a 5 mile tempo run.

    3/11 - 5.00 (ran to nail salon, ran to grocery, walked home)

    3/15 - 2.10 miles, pre birthday dinner; glad I did it too!!
    3/20 - 2.53 on treadmill

    Had to raise my goal to 45 since I have already crushed my goal of 35 :smokin:
    I only am able to run on the week-ends and I am going on vacation during the last weekend but I will join in.
    All my runs are outside on the ice and snow.

    3/15/2014 - 5.2 --- I think I finally learned how to run today!!!

    All right! 17k today, and it felt good (even though I was freezing for at least half of the run). I don't think I'll run tomorrow - may do some cross-training, but give the running muscles a rest.

    So I'm jumping in here as a newbie, before the month is out my goal is to run 25 miles. I'm trying to up my mileage after a time away from running.
    Need to sort the ticker out, will do so tomorrow (bedtime here in the uk!)

    Really ****ty 'undulating' (to say the least) 2 miles done in Glasgow. After which I walked 6-7 miles every day I was there. I have now triggered an arthritis flare-up so I'm out of action until that buggers off.

    Yesterday, I ran 8.7k - and it went like a breeze, especially considering the previous day I'd done 17k. I'm almost at my March goal, despite surgery and a CRAZY work schedule! I am eating everything I burn during my runs and then some, but I'm happy to focus on performance for now and worry about losing 5-10 pounds once my work schedule eases up a bit and I'm less stressed out. May half marathon, here I come!
