    Yeah!!!! :drinker:

    Had to raise my goal again. This time to 55!
    Had to raise my goal to 45 since I have already crushed my goal of 35 :smokin:
    I only am able to run on the week-ends and I am going on vacation during the last weekend but I will join in.
    All my runs are outside on the ice and snow.

    3/2 – 5.09 miles (easy/slow run)
    3/3 – Rest Day
    3/4 – 4.07 miles
    3/5 – 1 mile run plus cross training (strength and bike)
    3/6 – 5.37 miles (12x400 intervals)
    3/7 – 2.13 miles (plus strength and bike)
    3/8 – 7.08 miles (bridges)
    3/9 – 6.0 miles (plus bike 5 miles)
    3/10 – 4.3 miles
    3/11 – Rest Day (6 hours of yard work. No time or energy to run.)

    I'm running 6.5 miles on May 10th. I'm only on week3 Day 1 of C210K... I'm starting to get worried, that it won't be ready? Any advise for me...?..

    March 13th: 3.69 (birthday - treadmill)
    March 16th: 7.00 (new PB distance - treadmill)
    March 19th: 3.1 (new PB 5k time - treadmill)
    March 26th: 3.54 (treadmill)
    March 27th: 7.00 (road)
    Total: 37.98

    Well, I couldn't do my race on Saturday for two reasons. 1. It turned out it was on Sunday! 2. On Saturday night, my wife fainted and cut her head open pretty badly and I was in hospital with her until 3am. She's fine thankfully, but I was back at the hospital at 9 and missed the race. So I just did it tonight, instead. Yay me ;)
