Over 80 pounds of weight loss. Results with Pictures.

Hi everyone,

First I would like to thank My Fitness Pal for saving my life. At my heaviest I was 306 pounds. One day after I had weighed myself and found out I was that heavy, I said to myself that you have to start a lifestyle change. That lifestyle change was to workout everyday for atleast 1 hour and keep a food journal. The date was September 4th, 2013. I am 6'4 and now my weight is 220 pounds. All I can say is My Fitness Pal really works and keeping a food journal is the best thing you can do if you want to lose weight. Whats great about My Fitness Pal is that its free and available to everyone who wants to change their life for the better.
