Many problems of butt shape of women body raises of the wrong use of the glute family of musscles. The gluteus medius plays role of the parasite muscle which women mistakenly use instead of gluteus maximus. That gluteus medius locates above gluteus maximus and shape that square buttoks women dislike so much. Only very carefull exercising techniques can reshape your bottom in different way accenting the low part. I'd recommend very good trainer who knows what he/she's doing0
