Tried a new recipe tonight: Emeril Lagasse's Tuscan Bean Soup, which was fantastic and really easy to make. Served it up with some crostini and had a green smoothie for dessert. Nom-nom.2

Lemon parmesan garlic Catfish pasta pot. Salad which I tend to eat earlier, consisted of chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, olives, basil, garlic , red onions with lemon pepper flakes dressing - thanks sis!

ROFL ... You are too kind. Was a vegan/raw vegan on weekdays from childhood with a Dad who'd trained/worked as a Chef whilst waiting for my mum to graduate. Just not one of those women who is intimidated in the kitchen or campfire.1 -

Foil packet swai fish for dinner with fennel, spinach, raddish, oranges, onions and toasted walnut salad.

My sister 888sisters_weight888 made dinner tonight ... Her version of Taylordriven's recipe. She substituted spinach with fresh basil leaves; whole poached eggs instead of egg whites and cinnamon raisin English muffins in place of whole wheat (availability issue).
Love to you both - my new favourite.

Chicken, egg, and onion in a soy, mirin, and dashi sauce served over rice. Mine is non-traditional, because I add mushrooms. Seriously considering a few pieces of broccoli next time.1 -
We're having a cold snap here, so warmed up with some takeout vegan pho, with some extra fried tofu chunks tossed in.1

We are having marinated venison back strap stir fried with onions and peppers (hot and sweet) and potato salad.2

I don't have a picture but I sauteed black beans, corn and tomatoes and when they were nice and warm, I scrambled 5 eggs on top. I then put this scramble on 2 tortillas with greek yogurt, salsa and goat cheese. So good!4

A couple three weeks ago on my birthday I had {rotisserie} Chicken Parmesan Fettuccine and Spinach Pasta with a good strong cup of Colombian coffee at an exclusive spot.
