    No pic.

Supper this evening is Rice Crispies cereal with a buttload of sugar dumped on it. Cold apple cider to drink. Not sure what's for dessert...

I'm not sure yet. My mom and I haven't decided where we're going for supper, if we are going for supper, and what we're going to do for our Friday evening. Once I am for certain, I will post it later. :)

I started off with a salad made with Romaine, cucumber, carrot, tomato, onion and green beans. Very good.

A chicken, turkey and ham sandwich with {less meat than the other night} cheddar cheese, dill pickle, onion, Romaine lettuce and tomato. Very good.

    Yesterday evening's supper:

We ended up eating at the Cracker Barrel, so I shared some fried okra with my mom(just curious how it tasted), then my food was this:

Roast beef w/ gravy, broccoli, lima beans w/ ham, 2 glasses of coke mixed with diet, a biscuit w/ apple butter, a glass of water.

Went to Red Lobster today. Salad (I chucked the croutons and crumbled my cheddar bay biscuit over the salad), maple glazed chicken, mashed potatoes and brocolli. We split the key lime pie between us.

Thanks to my customers, I had wedding food for supper tonight. Chicken salad sandwich, mini dill pickles, bow tie pasta salad, pineapple, mini carrots, grapes, broccoli, tomatoes, cheese, chicken on a stick and meatballs. All very good. There was also a slice of cake, but I'm taking it to Margie.

A salad made with Romaine, tomato, cucumber, carrot, onion, cheddar, ham, turkey and chicken. I had planned on adding sunflower seeds, but it was half gone before I thought of them. It was good even without them.

    10505294_842090535836071_5318279830951278059_n.jpg?oh=df7f21a895c077cb2d921a85de6e7092&oe=5520484F

Ribs, baked beans, stir-fry veggies and green beans. The ribs were a little over cooked, so the work cat got about as much of them as I did.

Yesterday's supper was simple enough. It was also one of those indecisive days for me, on figuring what to have. No pic again.

I had a Totino's Classic Pepperoni Party Pizza. Snarfed the whole thing I did.

Have been woefully negligent at cooking, photographing, and eating good food lately. The family has been battling a stomach bug (so far I have been spared) so we've been doing a lot of soups and sandwiches, fast food or frozen meals for whomever feels like eating, etc.

Sunday night was the first time being back on track with a family meal, I did forget to take a picture though. We were running late and had to go to the store to stock back up so we did mostly convenience food.
Sesame Ginger Pork Tenderloin (already marinated from the store and baked in the bag - suprisingly good), Sweet Chili Noodles, bag of frozen teriyaki vegetables.

Last night also no picture: Turkey tenderloin in garlic herb marinade, butter noodles, and roasted carrots, zucchini, and butternut squash. Again most things were convenience prepped by the grocery store but it is just good to have everyone sitting down at the table to eat again!
  • No picture since I haven't cooked it yet, but I'm having:

Quorn chicken pieces (normal chicken for the OH), mushrooms and onion in tikka masala sauce with brown rice, half a piece of naan bread and, if I have the calories left, a slice of angel cake

Last night was a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with Bud Select 55.

Tonight, will be spaghetti smothered in a chicken mushroom sauce with a side of lightly sauteed mixed greens and a glass of white wine.

Tonight will be buffalo chicken salad on Kavli Hearty Wheat Crax. I'm teaching tonight...so quick and easy it is! I'll have some veggies and "dip" for my before bed snack...probably cucumbers with some blue cheese yogurt dressing. And a serving of cottage cheese to get my protein in. FYI: All y'all are making me hungry with your good dinners! Happy Veteran's Day to those who have served!

Ate pretty much the same thing for lunch today as dinner last night - presentation isn't very pretty because it is crammed into a tupperware but I remembered to take a picture!

Margie and I had lunch together {which is pretty rare} at The Oaks in Marianna. I had the buffet, {on the house since today is Veterans Day} and as good as I thought I had done, it was still over 1200 calories. So tonight I was still full. I messed around and didn't eat supper at work. After a quick search of the fridge once I got home, I decided on a cheddar cheese omelet with ham and turkey. I added toast and lettuce to make a sandwich. Also found some sweet potato fries. Very good, and didn't take but a few minutes to prepare.
