    Totally guilty of noshing on Mcdonald's tonight. Lost another pound and didn't eat all day (fast when at work and normally eat when I get off, but didn't have time due to having to rush to recruiter's office). Had the 2 cheeseburger meal with a sweet tea...now I am stuffed and workout will be Jillian Michael's 30DS plus extra cardio.

    Sweet Stuffed Bell Pepper Soup
    http://soupspiceeverythingnice.blogspot.com/2012/11/sweet-stuffed-bell-pepper-soup.html

    Made it with no salt added tomatoes and unsalted veggie stock this time. Smells good! Can't wait for the timer to go off.

    Another "Kitchen Sink" Salad. 354 calories with 28g of protein. And it was good too.

    I'm always too ravenous to stop and take pix! I ate a sweet potato with cinnamon, and then one cup of homemade chicken and dumplings. I cut the skin off the chicken first to keep it from getting all fatty, but I stew it with the bones in for the nutrition.... yep sometimes I wish I were not such a good cook. lol

    We went to Sizzler tonight. I had the burgundy mushroom tri tip, a small baked potato and a salad from the salad bar. I used some of the salad as my topping for the potato. Dessert was a small serving of vanilla soft serve over a spoonful of berry cobbler.

    Ended up going to KFC for supper(after getting into a mini car accident and waiting for the cops and the processing to go through for 40 minutes-no worries, everyone is fine):

    Mashed tater bowl combo w/ Mtn dew to drink, a choco chip cookie and some cheese curds. Yummy!

    Lunch (dinner) was my supper today. Thanksgiving potluck at work. Turkey, pork, 3 different kinds of mashed potatoes, homemade gravy, yams (that's what I brought), 2 different kinds of stuffing, some type of noodle pasta, corn, cranberry sauce, roll. I wound up eating about 2/3 of this plate! Those cucumber slices look out of place on this messy plate!

    They had brownies, ice cream, and 4 different types of pies for dessert. I chose coconut cream pie and apple pie and ate about 1/2 of each. That coconut cream was OMG good!

    Mygnsac, that all looks good. That is the kind of temptation I go through every weekend at work. It can be hard trying to log foods like that.

    The plan was for ribs from Harvey's Deli. They were out, so this is Plan B. I used lettuce, cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, tomato, onion, bell pepper, carrot, ham, pastrami and cheddar to make a salad. Not too bad, but this is the third night in a row I have had salad. I'm in danger of drying up and blowing away. {270 calories with 19g of protein}

    Mixed veggies and stir-fry veggies with the last of the unstuffed pepper soup, and a really good pasta salad the party from Monday night gave me. 1/2 cup is 200 calories, so it's a good thing I had some to spare.

    Yesterday's supper(having now, even though it's 4.44 on Thursday morning):

    Kid Cuisine Mac & Cheese meal(mac and cheese, fruit treats, and corn)

    Kid Cuisine Cheese Pizza meal(cheese pizza, pudding with pearl sprinkles, and corn)

    Of course again, I failed to take pics. I will try next time for certain.

    Last night was grilled pork chops smothered in onions and mushrooms, spicy roasted brussel sprouts and carrots, brown rice and a glass of pinot noir. Followed by watermelon cubes and another 1/2 glass of pinot for dessert.

    BBQ turkey/turkey sausage burgers with bacon, cheddar, pickle, onion, tomato and lettuce. Also mixed veggies {with extra corn} and green beans. Very good. {not pictured, apple}

    My partner might be having bacon sandwiches for dinner and I am thinking of having asparagus with bacon, sauteed mushrooms and poached eggs

    I made myself a big ol' salad for dinner tonight of mixed greens, asparagus, cucumber, mushrooms, green onion, tomato, roasted turkey, roasted veggies (brussel sprouts, carrots sweet potato, little red potatoes), raisins, pecorino cheese, black pepper and a tbs. of ranch; and raspberries.

    Chorizo sausage, almonds, a cup of milk, and a quarter of a bar of chocolate. Dunno why but that's the kind of stuff I was craving!

    I've been doing a lot of repurposing food that I cooked earlier in the week. Sunday night I roasted chicken thighs and breasts with potatoes, carrots, and crusty rosemary bread. Monday night I made Italian Beef in the crockpot for sandwiches. Tuesday I made an Italian Beef Panini on some of the leftover rosemary bread (actually didn't turn out very well, the wrong kind of bread for that filling). Wednesday I heated up the leftover roast chicken with some prepackaged 6 Cheese Pasta. Thursday I mixed the rest of the Italian Beef with the leftover 6 cheese pasta.

    No pictures, but I am pretty proud of the fact that I made two big dinners and used them all week in different ways. And that my fridge is fairly empty and ready for the Thanksgiving prep work!

    I need to be working on that. We have two fridges at home, and they both are always too full. But there are several gallons of grapes in there that are too old to use, so I will get some large pots of potting soil and dump them in there for the seeds. That will clear up some space.
