    I had Erberts & Gerberts Billy Boney without mayo (turkey, lettuce, tomato) on white bread. Also a cup of chicken noodle soup with crackers.

    Honey roasted turkey sandwich on whole wheat with tomato, onion, mushroom, spinach, provolone, mustard and mayo. Dessert was a small Gala apple with caramel dipping sauce.

    Leading this off is a couple of rotisserie chicken breast sandwiches with pepper Jack, onion, tomato, pickle and onion, and some grapes. Batting cleanup is the last of the peas {with some leftover salsa} and the last of the Thai pork and chicken stir-fry. All good.

    So late in posting due to the World Series. Go Giants.

    Had a few things left over from last time so: Teriyaki beef yakisoba. Cabbage, mushroom, carrots and shallot with spiral cut zucchini and yellow squash as the noodles.

    Junk food here.

    Diet Mountain Dew Big Slam(1litre), half order of nachos w/ cheese sauce from 7 Eleven, a serving of Fritos, and two fun size Kit Kat bars. Oh and a small swig of almost flat Diet Pepsi. Also had a good couple of swigs of coffee with sweet 'n low and hazelnut creamer.

    Can't do any better than that!

    Lol sometimes I just lurk this thread to see what people are eating and then I feel bad cuz my diet is super basic and I tend to eat the same thing everyday.

    Tonight I had breaded cod from Trader Joe's and some steamed tofu and homemade sunflower butter cookies for dessert.

    A rotisserie chicken breast sandwich with pepper Jack, Colby Jack, dill pickle and onion. Also corn, green beans, broccoli stir-fry and mixed veggies. Very good. {I just noticed I forgot to toast my bread. I was rushing around trying to get everything ready at once}

    No supper for me tonight because I ate ALL of this at work today!

    Halloween potluck day at work today (breakfast and lunch), and I ate way too much...but it sure was good.

    Breakfast - Mini quiches, deviled eggs, a chip loaded with with some yummy homemade guacamole, some kind of sweet roll, cookies.

    hfmc6047w3u4.jpg

    Lunch - Chicken and beans, a cream cheese pinwheel, baked mac and cheese, cocktail weenies wrapped in bacon, a couple chips with more of that yummy guacamole, grapes and berries, spinach salad with strawberries and almonds, and an Oreo cookie brownie. They had the brownie platter made up to look like a graveyard.

    Also consumed a lot of candy.

    We went to the Macaroni Grill. Spaghetti & meatballs, brocolli rabe, green salad. Does one person ever eat that many meatballs in one sitting?! Enough for 2 meals, with a couple meatballs left over for my dog.
