While we're on the poop topic, from time to time, I'll have an unflushable poop. I flush, and flush, and flush. I've flushed ten times in a row and it won't go away. I'll have to let it soak for a few hours before it will say bye.
Anyone every experience this? If you're going to suggest it's fat, it isn't...my fat intake is minimal. I've yet to pinpoint why this happens, but it's gone from amusing to perplexing.0 -

I got the walmart brand of miralax from someone and good lord try a small dose first because if you take the dose they say you may be busy for the day lol. That said it's nice that it can be put into any liquid, though i swear it makes diet drinks sweeter.0

I think high protein/high fat/low carb > high protein/low fat/low carb for that. I even recommend high fat over high fiber for regularity.

Well, yesterday my 2nd Quest bar went thru my intestines like a brick. I mean, I woke up almost five lbs lighter! That was 50% fiber at that point. But I can't be affording 2 Quest bars a day if that was the ticket.
Of course that could all be a huge COINCIDENCE!0 -
