Well, yesterday my 2nd Quest bar went thru my intestines like a brick. I mean, I woke up almost five lbs lighter! That was 50% fiber at that point. But I can't be affording 2 Quest bars a day if that was the ticket.
Of course that could all be a huge COINCIDENCE!

I'm pretty regular, and I swear its the hot sauce, also swear that the more spicy stuff you consume the less you get sick. You should see my refrigerator. Srsly! I think I need a 12 step program. This is also AMAZING!!

I've found that adding chia seeds to my protein shakes helps a lot in this department. Just wait a couple minutes after making the shake before drinking and the seeds will "gel" a bit and better suspend in the liquid. This will add a little fat/carbs but also protein, and chia is a good source of Omega 3 fatty acids.0
