    I eat a fudgesicle almost every night, usually I have string cheese every day and I eat a lean pocket chicken jalepeno cheddar almost every day. YUM

    Pork rinds. Only way I can lose weight is to have my afternoon pork rinds - 120 calories of salt, fat and protein that my body can't actually use. What can I say? They fill me up and keep me from binging after work.

    Yes, hard boiled egg, apples, banana, potato(sweet or new potatoes), fish, Quark and vegetables. I eat those things daily as main parts of my diet.

    Oatmeal, blackberries and blueberries for breakfast. (with lots of strong black coffee)

    California turkey sandwich (consisting of lean sliced turkey, avocado, sprouts, cucumbers, sliced tomatoes, fresh baby spinach on whole grain wheat bread) for lunch.

    Fresh raw veggies (carrots, celery, cauliflower, snap peas and sliced red bell peppers) for a mid morning/afternoon snack.
