    Don't use Just for Men, it's garbage. In fact, all of the men's coloring is crap. I'm not kidding when I say use the women's stuff, and go for the lightest shade of whatever your natural color is. This way you won't get "shoe polish head." My barber taught me that.

    That said, I don't even bother with the hair color anymore. I've got a little salt n' pepper at my temples, and I'm cool with that. I just wasn't when it started happening years ago.

    If it's a choice between greying or dyed, sure. Let it go grey. Regrowth is not sexy.

    A word of warning if you do to decide to color use the lighter shade. I've been salt and pepper for quite awhile (mores salt now). My first grey showed up about 15 years ago so while bored on a business trip I stopped at the drugstore and picked up Jet black since that was my color. Colored hair and mustache, oh what a mistake.

    Yes. The salt and pepper look, especially on extremely dark hair, is incredibly attractive IMO.

    honey trust me no one is looking at your head the shoulders in a shirt or suit would be all a woman would see(at least me)

    Agreed. My fiancé is 30 and has already started to get some grey. Love it!

    One word...HOT!

    In my case, I've never colored my brunette hair or tried to hide my silver streaks. I get compliments all the time, mostly by men.

    Wow, nice see these remarks by the ladies, I'm getting grey big time all of a sudden and I won't dye, my daughters say to do it mainly cause they're dying their hair all the time but ok, I'm just going with it even if I look like Bob Barker very soon :)

    It doesn't particularly *appeal* to me but it can look great on some guys. My ex husband was totally salt & pepper at 32 and it looked fine on him but I wasn't particularly attracted to him anyway so it wasn't like 'ooh'...I happen to prefer redheads like my now-husband ;-) But when he goes grey someday (or white, or bald) I'll still find him HAWT.

    My dad's had almost completely grey hair since his mid 30s. He dyed it for a decade or so, then let it go...women love that sh** honestly, he's now close to 70 with a thick head of snow white hair and he gets compliments on his hair almost every single time he goes out. My stepmom even teases him about the old ladies who ask him for shampoo tips at church ;-)
