    1. 100 lbs lost
    2. 11 months
    3. I have no idea about calories. I was keeping my carbs below 50. For the last few months since I've been keeping track of calories, I have kept my calories around 1200-1500.
    4. 5x a week...never missed a day (if I did, I made it up on the weekends)
    5. I have no idea. I always did 30-60 minutes of cardio and an at home body weight only version of crossfit.

I've lost 116 total but 71 of it on MFP so that's what I'll answer about...

    1. Pounds lost: 71
    2. How long it took: 11.5 months
    3. How many calories you were eating a day: started around 1,650 I think, currently closer to 1,300
    4. How many days a week you worked out: I don't exactly work out. I go for walks, hikes, and bike rides. Usually 2-5 times per week.
    5. How many calories did you burn during your workout: depends, it can vary so greatly from about 70 to 300+

    1. Pounds lost: About 60
    2. How long it took: 2 years
    3. How many calories you were eating a day: When I was binging , I ate about 1650 on good days with some thousands of calorie binges thrown in a couple of days per week. Now I just eat about 2100 most days and am in recovery for Binge Eating Disorder. I am focusing on body recomp instead of weight loss at this point, so I have been measuring body fat percentage, not pounds for about 5 months.
    4. How many days a week you worked out: I started out about 3-4 days per week for 30-60 minutes but now I am really into athletic stuff and plan to compete in CrossFit and weightlifting, so I usually work out 7-12 hours per week with one active rest day (yoga or walking) and one full rest day.
    5. How many calories did you burn during your workout: Anywhere from 210 to 1200.

    5. How many calories did you burn during your workout:

    1. 62 as of date
    2. since August 13, 2013
    3. started eating 1400, lost some weight then dropped to 1200 for a bit, stalled in weightloss so I upped to 1500, now I am back to 1300, (I play it by ear on how active I am or how hungry I feel for the week and adjust accordingly)
    4. usually at least five now... but I started walking and swimming daily at first. now I let myself have a couple of breaks.
    5. not sure how much I burned but I believe anywhere from 300 to 500 usually. I don't trust mfp's calculations and don't have a heart rate monitor currently so I am now eating at tdee and only add more calories to my days if I exercise harder than I originally calculated into my tdee.

    1. So far, I think I've lost 27 pounds. Ish. Working on getting to 30.
    2. The initial weight loss probably took around 6-7 months, actually. I went on maintenance and gained a couple pounds and am back on mfp for a bit lower of a goal now.
    3. 1150-1400 ish. If I worked out a lot, I would eat back some of those calories.
    4. This really varied, but at least 3 times a week. At peak times I would be working out sometimes 7 days a week, though one day would be light enough to be considered a rest day.
    5. It did really vary. In the beginning I would just push to be burning something each day. That meant if I didn't feel the drive to work out and get all sweaty, I would at least take a 30 minutes walk or something. A 30 minute walk (at a good pace) is roughly 100 calories and now my average workout (not calculating for however many calories weights burn) is 250-300.

I have lost 106 lbs total, 78 with Mfp.
It's taken me three years so far, it will be 4 before I'm done.
    I eat between 1800-2100 daily.
I run 3x weekly and lift 3x weekly. For fun, I ride my bike or do some trail walking.
I don't keep track of calories burned, I let my fitbit do it.
