4. Gym 3x a week but nothing hard core. Walked a lot to up daily activity. I saw no point in gym for short bursts then sitting on *kitten* rest of time. Fitbit is invaluable for seeing overall activity which made me make more sustainable lifestyle changes.

Lost about 30 pounds from September to February keeping it off eating healthy foods when I'm hungry, some weeks I work out 3-5 times, some weeks I don't "workout" at all...I workout until the I'm pouring sweat and since I'm maintaining, I'm burning more than I'm eating...lol0

Monitored by my doctor. I believe it's very similar to The Whole30 and atkins diet.0
