    4. Didn't workout for 2 years. Started running last June, ran 3-6 days/ week until November. Exercise since has been minimal since.

    108 so far:)
A while! But I didn't gain it all fast and I won't lose it all fast
1200 or less (it works for me at only 5 feet tall)
6 days (cardio - running and lifting )
That varies dependent on if I get a 45 minute workout or a 2 hour workout in. Per my HRM I never burn less that 450 per day and I never eat those calories back

1.33 (that I've kept off, at holidays and vacations I've gained and had to re-lose, so let's say 50 pounds I've been successful at actually pulling off).
    2. 5-6 months (My initial attempt before going up up all, I was crazy dedicated)
    3. Anywhere from 1600-2100 (goal not net).
    4. 4-6 days a week, some weeks were better than others, that's life.
    5. 400 as an average.

At this point, 17.0 pounds. The start was on February 17, 2014, so it has been approximately 5 weeks - 35 days tomorrow. I am eating an average of 1840 calories per day, light aerobic "normal activity" workouts - no weights or stairstepping or treadmill, average burn of calories per mfp is somewhere around 200-300 per day extra.

And someone here in the forums is bound to whip out the calculators and say "you're losing at 3x the rate you can so you're lying!:"

However the fact is that I have recorded everything on MFP that I have done, have not been sleepwalking to a workout, and have done exactly what I said above.

I have also given credit in my home timeline for the exact exercise, food, times and weight loss. 'Sall there.
