    Thank you so much I have been overwhelmed with the do this do that no eat this no eat that carb or not to carb my head has been spinning so I went on my own eating fresh and starting to exercise after reading this I now feel better knowing I'm not an alien in my thought of can we just keep it simple folks after 46 years of some unhealthy habits I'm learning but it didn't happen over night it's not gonna change over night, So thank you for helping this dizzy girl keep her head on =)

    Love this post. I have put sedentary and have the 1200 cals but I do eat the extra that I earn when I exercise. I sit at a desk all day and depending on how I feel (having suffered with depression on/off for years I can be sedentary in the evening and know I'm not eating too much.

    7. Get on the forums, ask why they aren't losing.
    8. Get two responses (I eat 1200 and lose) (I eat 2200 and lose)
    9. Argument ensues about who is right.

    is more useful and accurate than the scooby calculator. to each his or her own though.

    agreed... but all of the calculators are just estimates, right? Even MFP, by design, is just giving estimates. iifym is a perfectly good option, but nothing replaces time/logging/dedication/SCIENCE!

    Also, I'm in talks with BeachDr.Ozvocare on getting the twinkies and vodka diet patented. There'll be different variants. :wink:
