    Total weight lost: 1.2 lbs. so far this month, not counting the pound I gained in the first week and had to lose again. I feel like I'm doing pretty good but deal with water weight gain after excess sodium intake. I don't know that I'll hit my goal for the month, but I've seen weirder things happen.

    @kmajaVCU - You've got a nice steady drop going! At that rate you should hit goal at the end of the month! Nice work!

    Between passover dinners and AF my weight went down almost a pound then up 2+ pounds then down a whopping .2 pounds from last Saturday.

    This is just what I need to achieve my targets and ultimately my goal weight of 120lbs. I shall be jogging 5km for five days for 45 mins a week so let's see if that works!

    I've not done so well on the scales this week however my tape measure shows I have lost 4 inches so that is a positive loss.There are some great losses on here and it is very encouraging too. Happy Easter for tomorrow!

    My motivation this week: I let myself slide a bit as I got comfortable in a new, physically demanding job but I need to get back into the swing of things. I got a new sports bra and I've been downloading new music to help keep me excited about workouts!

    Looking at these numbers, I'm a little surprised because I don't feel like I've been on track at all lately. When I first started out [in January] I would be really good during the week & then maybe have a 'cheat' day on Saturday or Sunday, or when a friend spontaneously wanted to go out. I was eating tons of veggies & foods that were low calorie and easy to track. It was easy for me. These days, it seems like I'm going over my goal every other day & eating a lot of foods that I can't track accurately. I'm super stressed & school is kicking my butt. A good reminder-to-self that I don't have to be perfect all the time to keep making progress. :]
