It's so crazy to me how people carry weight so differently! I posted my pictures a few pages back, hoping to post again soon, but it still just blows my mind! (Also sometimes makes it hard to stay positive when looking for people similar to you but meh gotta stay on the bright side)
Keep up the good work everyone!5 -

Here's me from 233lbs to 194lbs... and still losing!!!
We have the same starting weight and same height! I am currently at 204...I hope I look that great in 10 more pounds!!! Fabulous job! What is your goal?
Thank you so much
My goal right now is 170 lbs (total loss of 64 lbs), but I'm not stuck on that number and will definitely reevaluate as I go. I am very muscular (I have 69.4 lbs of skeletal muscle mass, which is 32% of my weight and considered in the "high" range) and I'm ok with that.. but I realized a long time ago that even when I'm wearing the same size clothes as someone the same physical size as me, I will be 20ish lbs heavier than them usually, due to my muscular build.
I'm wearing a size 12 jeans now and hope to be in an 8 or so when I get to my goal...
I thought it was just me!!! I'm currently at 195 and wear a size 12. NO ONE believes I weigh that much. My goal weight is higher than a normal BMI because I've always weighed over a "normal" BMI. Even in high school I weighed 175-ish and was a size 6/8. I'm okay with being "heavier" as long as I like how I look.
Thanks for the inspiration!8 -
One day I will post here lol I am looking forward to that. You ladies look wonderful!!3

Thank you!! It took me about a year to lose that 35 lbs and then I maintained for about a year before starting to lose again. I made a lot of little changes one at a time, and though it took longer, I think it helped to make it a maintainable loss. In that year I stopped drinking soda, learned how to cook, started planning and prepping meals ahead of time, and started running. But I made those changes slowly, not all at once. I only used MFP on and off to spot check how many calories I was consuming. Using MFP for this last bit has been much faster, I'm down 14 lbs since mid-February. Feel free to message or friend me if you have other questions!5 -

I've lost 50+ lbs so far, still have another 70-100 to go depending on how I feel, but very proud of myself nonetheless! Honestly, looking at progress pics almost daily is what keeps me motivated the most. Hopefully this helps someone else as well ☺47 -

Very proud of everyone. 5'5, I started at 221 Feb 20th. 195 now. Goal? Realizing from these pics that everyone carries their weight differently, maybe 160? Not obsessed with the number or the size pants, currently the same 18 I was 26 pounds ago, but how I look and feel. Keep up the good work folks!7

I'm 5'4, and in the left picture, I was...18, I want to say.
This was the summer after my first year of college and I was at 238 lbs. Wearing a size 20-24, depending on the store.
The right picture was taken this morning, at 157 lbs, and I can fit a 6-10, depending on the store, although I generally describe myself as a size 8.
I'm in maintenance mode at the moment, but my initial goal weight was 155 lbs.
Being so close now and looking at my problem areas, I think I might want to push further down to 145 or even 138 to make it an even 100, but we'll see.
I still have that dress lol. I should dig it out and take a picture with it at some point.
