Women 5'4 - 5"5 with results + Pictures

Wearing the same shirt for comparison.... I had to hold it very tight in the "after" pic to show my shape, it was so huge on me!


-45lbs since February 2016. I'm 5'4" and started out at 233lbs and am now 188lbs. Goal weight (for now) is 170lbs, and will reassess then, based on what size I am and how I feel about my shape/size.

Tons of barre work (pretty much daily), Paleo + Intermittent fasting. I still feel some rolls I'd like to get rid of but I am amazed that 137 can be a size 2 / size 27 jeans.

You look amazing. I'm the same height and weight, but dramatically flabbier, and you've just given me a goal. Thanks!

I'm 32 years old 5'4" and currently 166lbs. I started at 205lbs and have been using MFP religiously since January of this year. My ultimate goal is to get to 130lbs. Here's my before and after.
