I weigh in everyday... My doctor says once a week but honestly seeing my weight on the scale everyday is quite motivating.

I weigh everyday also. My husband says when I don't weigh in I want to eat badly. So, I think it keeps me in check and motivated.0

Me too -- every day. And like I've been saying on threads like this, I didn't step on a scale for 20 years unless forced, so *wanting* step on a scale daily is kind of a big deal to me! Hopefully I can now keep it up for life. That is my goal.0

I would weigh in once a week... if I honestly ever remembered to weigh in. I'm on some weird borderline between losing and maintenance where I have my goal set as a 250kcal deficit but mostly I'm lifting weights and trying to become more muscular-looking.
I get my Body Fat Percentage tested every two weeks at the recreation center on campus instead. It's not as accurate as a scale, but it gives me a much more useful number. I don't know what I'll do when I graduate in May...0 -
I pretty much weigh myself every day - but I only count and log Friday morning's weight (good, bad or the same).0

I weigh and log everyday. It's part of my routine now really.0

I weigh I'm when I can. I try to do it at least once a week, but if I remember other days I will. But I only really log once a week, good or bad.0

I've been weighing in once a week, but I think I'm going to go back to every day. I think it motivates me more to see the number every day.0

I usually weigh 3 times a week, but only record it on Sundays..0

Only once a week for me. I find that I get too affected by what I see on the scale. It doesn't motivate me, it can discourage me if I have had a gain, even if I am aware that it is just water retention etc. However, we are all different, and I agree, do what works for you.0

I weigh every day, right before I get in the shower in the morning, so about 5 minutes after I get up. I have a fitbit aria, so even in my half asleep state, it gets logged for me and I check it after I've had some tea. I try not to worry about little fluctuations. As long as the overall trend is going down, I don't worry. If I have 3 or 4 days of weight creeping up, then I assess what it is that I am doing, or what is going on with my body (I'm talking about you pre-period bloating).0

I weigh in once a week on Fridays. I've made this a will power thing, I don't want to get back in the habit of weighing in too often and getting discouraged. But if that helps someone else go for it! Weight loss is an intensely personally journey, and as the old saying goes "Different strokes for different folks!"0 -
Every Friday, just before I start my cheat day!0

I weigh daily. It keeps me on track.0

I weigh myself every day (right after I get out of bed in the morning) and keep track of it on the calendar. I will then circle the LOWEST number for that week and that is the number that I try to get below for the following week! I've lost over 3 lbs now and have been doing MFP for a little over 3 weeks now!!!0

I weigh myself every day, but I only log losses (aside from when I gained weight on vacation, when it was genuine gain and not just fluctuations/a bad day). It helps me stay accountable while not obsessing over the small fluctuations.0

I only weigh myself once a month. Personally I find it discouraging to see only a small (if any) loss each day and would rather see one larger loss each month. However, I have heard many people say that they enjoy tracking the small fluctuations in their weight each day and that they are motivated by this, so I really think it is just a matter of individual preference.0
