Norovirus and Sugar Free Gummy Bears.

Ok this had me laughing. :) I'm with you on the first one... except trouble is I'm now recovered and my hunger level for the past few days has been through the roof. I guess I need to try those gummy bears!

Pre-planning. I usually know what I'm having dinner so I'll enter that in the morning, plus whatever evening snack I want (which includes beer or wine), then I'll plan my lunch and afternoon snacks around that to make it fit.

YES! I just started entering my dinner and drinks in the morning, so I know what I can have for breakfast/lunch/snacks. It has been helping tons! :smooched:

This is how I plan my day as well to ensure I meet all my goals for Protien etc. And if I need to adjust the next day or later I will. But it does help to know what you are going to have and have on hand to eat.

Being in the right place mentally & emotionally

    AND

The ability to really know your body and to learn from your mistakes (i.e. what works for YOU, and what doesn't).

    Reason for Edit:
Kitty jumped on my laptop just as I was hitting the post button, and screwed up my sentence lol
