I have spent the last couple months really digging into fitness and nutrition. I am pursuing my dream and becoming a personal trainer. I would like to open the opportunity for anyone new or a long time member of MFP to please message me with and questions or concerns you may have about general fitness and nutrition. We can work on these together. We will be bother bettering yourself and bettering myself.

Congratulations making a career change. I have also decided to make a career for myself. I'm no expert, but I've learned a lot through my own trial and error and lots of books. Ther is nothing better than doing what you love and helping people along the way. Good luck to you on your journey.

Juicing is not something that I myself practice and it is not something that I have ever really looked into.0

Okay OP I have a sincere question. Maybe you can help me understand something?
I've been doing diet and exercise type stuff for over 20 years. I've lost weight twice in my long life and kept it off for years. I've stood on top of men, (literally) and jumped flying off their shoulders.
I've swam the roughest ocean.
I've run till i vomited.
I've broken things in my body.
I've recovered.
I've had two children.
I've lost weight after both.
I've been bedridden.
I'm a survivor.
I've seen a girl die from not eating in front of my very eyes.
I've studied things.
I've studied studying.
I've studied studies.
I've studied those who make the studies.
