Depends on how many days you plan to do this??
1 Day? I think you will make it.
2 Days? you seem like the kind of person that can perservere through a second day
3 Days? Not a chance, you seem smart enough to realize you like bagels and cookies in the morning and see no point in not having them.
more then 3 Days? Which arm did you eat first?0 -
I like to take a soft, fresh plain bagel, cut in half and pile it high with meat and cheese and then nuke it for about 30 seconds so that all the cheese melts.
It's amazing.
ETA: Clearly, there's no question of how many days. The answer is eat the bagel.0 -
Guess I understand the cookies but why no bagel and cream cheese?0
-
Did you replace them with one cookie with cream cheese and two bagels?0
-
Probably.
But I've been off coffee for 3 weeks so my outlook is just starting to get optimistic again.0 -
i think you will survive0

Vanilla bean ice cream with chocolate-covered bacon. Yes.0 -
I work at a bagel shop....
I look at this stuff all. day. long. Every day. And bring a bunch of bagels home from work for my family. The struggle is real.0 -
lol! yeah cookies are good but something I could live without. Pancakes on the other hand.....0

Have your bagel early in the day. Giving up food groups is not the way to lose weight, it's about the whole plan. If you don't have carbs in the day you will pay for it big time in the night. I've struggled most of my life with weight loss issues and different diet strategies. They may work short term but they will not give you lasting results. Look at the big picture calories in/calories out. Good luck to you!!0

I'm sold.0 -
why would you do that?My favorite bagel spot which I picked out after going to almost all of the top rated ones in the city is closed for Passover. 10 days. The let me know 1 week in advance so it would be so traumatic. I told them if the alarm goes off while they are gone, I didn't do it.
Maybe google other shops and give them a try? Otherwise...I had baguettes in France with cream cheese and it was bagelish?
Personally I can't do the cookies in the morning. Nothing sweet until hour 3 of being awake. Sorry if that's too close to the other answer of understanding dropping cookies.
I think you will make it, but please try not to eat your arm.0 -
I just ate a cookie0
