I mix tuna with a little hummus, diced celery, pickles and hearts of palm. Then I eat that mixture with a couple of wasa crackers. Also, I love 1/2c. plain Greek yogurt with one pack of splenda, 1/4 tsp. Vanilla and 1 tsp. Flax seeds.

my daily Shakeology. it's got lots of protein, 70+ ingredients....many of those i don't have access to at the local market. variety is the key to great health.
typically the chocolate. i have many different recipes...but i think my favorite fall is coffee, pumpkin, and almond milk.
DM me if any of you want more info.

PB is a very healthy snack...just don't go overboard as it is high in calories. I set my limit to 2 tbsp a day which is approx 190 calories. A little goes a long way!
