I mix tuna with a little hummus, diced celery, pickles and hearts of palm. Then I eat that mixture with a couple of wasa crackers. Also, I love 1/2c. plain Greek yogurt with one pack of splenda, 1/4 tsp. Vanilla and 1 tsp. Flax seeds.0

PB is a very healthy snack...just don't go overboard as it is high in calories. I set my limit to 2 tbsp a day which is approx 190 calories. A little goes a long way!0
