hi not sure peanut butter is a healthy snack is it not high in calories?
PB is a very healthy snack...just don't go overboard as it is high in calories. I set my limit to 2 tbsp a day which is approx 190 calories. A little goes a long way!
I looooooove peanut butter.....on anything...but didn't realize how much I was using. SO, I bought individual packets at Wal-Mart. That way, you don't go overboard and know exactly how much you've eaten (and it keeps you from digging into the container for more....)
SKINNY COW IS A MIRACLE!! I don't know how they do it but man, are they tasty! Low in calories and fat!
Blueberries w/light whipped cream is a special dessert
