Thanks. I'm pretty sure this particular pain is from mowing my yard. I'm disabled and have pain every day but this is a different pain. Pretty sure I pulled something in my back while mowing. Mowed some more today and made it feel worse yet. Bleh. Cycling doesn't seem to cause me pain unless I do more than 5 miles or so.0 -

Started to go out for a ride and noticed my neighbors had their trash out. My riding plan for the summer is to commute to work by bike as much as the weather allows and to do some longer rides on the weekends. My ride to work is 11.25 km..
