When I don't want something, it means that if it's in my fridge, I'm not going to eat it. Because... I don't want it. You keep saying that you don't want pizza, you want to eat healthy, but if it's there, you'll eat it.

If you want pizza, eat pizza. If you want to eat a salad, eat a salad. Eat the pizza knowing it will use up a larger % of your daily calories. Or, don't eat the pizza.

I am of the view that, if you're going to eat pizza or cake or other calorie bombs, eat the real deal, but eat it portioned out to the correct number of calories to meet your goals.

you can make a relatively healthy pizza if you start from scratch, use whole wheat flour for the crust, make it a thin crust pizza, swap out greasy toppings for tomato slices, maybe chicken instead of pepperoni and just a wee bit of sauce. use feta cheese instead of cheddar or whatever. if your worried about leftovers then just make a smaller pizza, salad on the side to fill you up
