I"ve only lost 5 pounds thus far, but at this very moment, I'm wearing a dress that was too tight last summer.21

Now down 85 pounds, but more importantly now fit in a size 8 dress.
Also, on week 8 of working out 5 days a week. Haven't missed a day yet. I do strength training plus HIIT Cardio and it usually takes me about 90 minutes a day. I've never even completed the 30 day shred, which is 26 minutes a day. So this is huge for me.20 -
I went to visit my family last weekend and my mum burst out in a massive smile and couldn't stop saying how small I had gotten! I wasn't even in form fitting clothes- a baggy layered top and baggy jeans so how she saw I don't know! She also hugged my waist and said it was tiny
We went out for dinner with my sister (doesn't live with my mum) and I went out in a form fitting dress. I stood up for her to take a picture of me and my fiancé and her mouth dropped when she saw my whole body. She kept saying "oh my God" and saying I had lost a lot of weight.
It made me really happy to hear since while my fiancé does tell me I'm smaller and I know it in my head as my clothes are loose, I just can't see it myself.22 -
Built up the confidence to wear a bikini to the beach!27

I conquered my arch nemesis at the gym! A few weeks ago, my chest muscles were so weak that I couldnt do cable flyes with 5 lbs, which is as low as the cables go.
This morning, though I frequently had to stop between reps after the 1st half of my second set to breathe a few times, I finished 3 sets of 12. At the minimum 5 lbs, but when I stopped to think of what a difference that was, it really blew my mind.18 -
Congratulations to everyone. Each and everyone is inspiring and motivating thanks for sharing
As for me. My husband grabbed me for a great big hug from behind and when he ran his hands down my arms after said "wow there's a lot of muscle there "
Hehe. Have always been the weakest person in my family but now I am getting guns ! My arm measurements are going up and I don't even mind cause I know it's all muscle. Still working hard on other areas that need to follow suit.

I put on a pair of XL pj bottoms today, I've never been able to wear them, felt like if I moved in them they would of ripped. Today I did my workout in them lol.17

I have finally lost enough inches in my neck that I can wear a shorter necklace again. Some of my chains haven't fit for 20+ years!15

I had to move my car seat closer to the steering wheel. Less padding on the butt means more space in the car.15

I haven't gone to the gym in about two months. Really s. ucks but I have been swimming more and using dumbbells in the meantime. Body is still getting smaller which I'm happy about. Shorts and a pair of pants I got a month ago are getting a little baggy. Got them and they fit perfectly. Noticed the next time I wore them they had more room
Swimming is the the best2 -
I've been overseas for two weeks and felt a confidence and freedom I haven't really felt before even though I wasn't logging anything while I was away. I've consciously overindulged a few times (staying in places with really good restaurants), but deliberately packed my gym/running gear even though it was a pain in the butt to try to fit everything in when travelling with hand luggage only. The 'old' me would have left running gear at home, the 'now' me had the attitude of 'I'm making it fit in the case and I'm going to get my use out of it', I went running in the streets around hotel #1, running in the fields and tracks around the holiday cottage we stayed in, and used the hotel gym in hotel #2 too, and really enjoyed the exercise as part of the holiday. The scale is showing a few lbs gain but it's highly unlikely to be a *real* gain, so I'm giving it a week to settle before I take any notice.15

About 4 years ago I bought a pair of Tinkerbelle PJ's in Disneyland (yes big Disney geek here) in the biggest size they had - 1X. They were too small and have been since then. I put them on last night and actually slept in them!37

So very happy as I had a bit of kidney damage last year and just got all my annual tests back and they all were perfect! No diabetes, perfect cholesterol, no kidney damage!37

My 3 month diabetes check up-with HA1c results blew my doctor away. He said "Maybe in 3 months we can look at stiopping metformin. and I said or just reducing it some. Exeercise-just regualr walking-calorie control-and lower carb and sugars have resulted in weight loss-and everthig together has resulted in great blood sugar levels.23

My arms look amazing in my top today and I feel confident because of it! Go weight lifting!16

Jogged for 25 minutes straight today. My tongue was practically dragging on the treadmill the last 5 minutes, but I did it. Longest sustained cardio of my life, I think! Week 7 of C25K.21

I'm going on a family vacation to Virginia Beach next week and for the first time ever, put workout clothes on my packing list. It's not going to be the main priority but now I can't imagine an entire week without working out at least once.9

I did the same while I was on vacation this past weekend! It was nice to run in a new (and very flat!) surrounding. I can't believe I can do 25 minutes.11 -
Passing the "all-for-looks-cyclists" that are half my age and decked out on $2,500 bikes with another $600 in shoes/clothing/helmet and mirrored Oakleys that have frames that match their helmets ... and watching the surprise on their face when they pull into the parking lot and realize I am the "old dude" that passed them a few miles back.22

did a 50lb overhead press today. first time adding weight to the bar. such a big accomplishment lol17

I bought a pair of bright red skinny jeans last year. They fit well, but I felt a bit uncomfortable wearing them. This year, I love wearing them.

I remember the first time I passed a decked out runner (coordinated shoes to t shirt, arm band, I phone, lulu lemon everything) in my soccer shorts and Bo Burnham t shirt. It was a great feeling. I know that obviously so long as your running it's good, and your clothes don't dictate anything, but still, it felt good.17 -
I went walking at the park today and saw someone who I had seen there last year when I first started exercising. They hadn't seen me since I have lost 63 pounds (I still have about 60 more to go!). It was really weird (but cool) to have someone asking ME for food and exercise advice! They said I was an inspiration which made me so happy!21

Someone at work noticed the weight loss today and said I looked good16

We have gone for walks before, but the dumbbell routine is not something he's seen me do. I loose that momentum on the weekend when he's home. Not today! I think I might even get some cardio in while he sleeps!
You should exercise around your hubby! I do! I do my bellydancing workout right in front of him in the lounge room, he looks over at times with admiration and says things like "I think I just saw you lose a kilo...or what other husband can say they have a hot belly dancing wife? or I'm so proud of you, your the best doing this workout! "
You will find your hubby will instantly become a personal cheerleader......and it feels awesome!!
