Swimming for me!!! I find I am getting into a zone now and the wall almost surprises me, I haven't run into it yet though.
Can't wait until the water warms up enough for open water swimming, still a few months way  .I do go and spend over an hour swimming in the pool.
Also biking, skiing, and hiking. And since I live in the mountains hiking is an awesome cardio workout.0 -

Step Aerobics!
Can do it in your own living room. Once you have the steps down, you can skip the videos if you want and just buy straight music mixes.
I also loving rowing, but can't afford a machine and at my old gym from years ago could never use it because they only had one and it kept getting dragged into the "personal trainers only" area.0 -

I recently started playing ultimate Frisbee (ultimate). I was a little skeptical of how much cardio it would be. I thought it was just a bunch of people throwing a Frisbee around. To my surprise it is amazing, its a bunch of sprinting and keeping your body moving. Even if you are not that good so long as you keep moving its a great workout. Plus the people i play with are pretty cool!

Yeah - bit of a mystery, but I've found estimates all over the place, and all seem really high. All I know is if I do a liveaboard (3-4 dives per day for a week) I lose weight, even though I eat and drink like a demon!0 -
