    I found Best way to do it is the 24 day challenge. I lost 25 lbs off the bat I found the diet at www.911fitness.org I am down over 120 lbs now and i am tracking my meals. In conjunction with my fitness pal I love this website and the app that goes with my phone. The hardest part I am having is tracking my exercises and calories burned. Does anyone know of a good website to figure out my activity and calories lost?

    I weighed in yesterday morning and heres my result:

    CW: 173
    Loss.... 1.2


    This is my first official weigh in so I dont really have an official last week weight, but last week when I weighed myself i weighed 174.2.... SO Ill take it!!
    I did not work out at all last week, so this week I MUST get my butt moving so I can start losing at least 2 pounds a week. Ill kee everyone posted!

    Let's do this!!! I needed something big time. I got a little to comfortable at 138lbs and added some weight. Now having a hard time getting it back off.

    What is everyones favorite workout? I just finished my fourth round of ChaLEAN Extreme so looking for something new :)

    I'm a bit late joining as well, but count me in!

    I just joined, so I filled out my profile not really knowing what my exact weight is (scale is broken, last time I weighed myself I did it twice - the first time gave one reading and the second time gave a reading almost 60 lb higher.....) but I'm excited to set Xmas as a good goal date!

    Would love to join this challenge. I just really started back up with this whole thing. I got comfortable with my weight for a while and needed that. I was on maintenance all summer and am just starting back. Last Monday (10/19) I weighed in at 159.6. This past Sunday (10/24) I weighed in at 154.6 (-5)!

    SW: 159.6
    CW: 154.6 (-5)
    GW: 135 (maybe 130)

    Starting the week a little better. Ran 5.4 miles this morning. Weighed in at 133 this morning so we will see what it is at the end of the week.

    I'm late joining as well but would love to be in on this challenge!! My personal weigh-in day is Monday- So I'll start with today's weight.... 263.6. This pesky baby weight has GOT TO GO!!!!!!! She is almost 11 weeks old so now its time to kick my butt into gear and countdown to my wedding which is 6/10/11! Friday is the weigh-in day for this challenge, right?

    Wow, that's great! Cataclysm, my husband and I are going on holiday for a week (in a week) so I'm going to weigh in just before I go, next Tuesday morning and that will have to be my weigh-in for two weeks (this and next.) Hoping this doesn't hinder my efforts too much, but I guess we'll see.
