But....you told me that I wore a condom......

2.2lbs of fat would equal 7700 calories. So unless you ate 7700 calorie over your goal, then chalk it up to water weight. Don't weigh every day if you live and die by the scale.

It was the ice cream. Now just go ahead and slide it over to me. I will dispose of it for you. In my belly.0

Did you eat more than 8 grams of protein? That could be the problem. Go sit in a hot tub, you'll be fine.
I was just thinking that! Helpful replies only!!!

I'll never catch my legendary thigh gap bikini bridge this waaaaay0 -
No offense, but the scale is your issue. It's not a true reflection of what is happening to your body. I agree, most likely it is water. My advice is stay off the scale. put it away where you can't see it everyday and watch your body change.0

If you're going to be sarcastic online you have to really lay it on thick. This just reads the same as a dozen posts like it that are all completely serious.
Exactly. I fell for it.....I think. I cant even decide if OP is being sarcastic or not. I can be gulible:noway:
I mean. She said the scale is her alpha and omega. That didn't seem a little...much to you?
Thanks rml_16. Sadly, I'm not physic... I was unable to predict the OP's future comment.0 -
Did you forget to sprinkle the raspberry keytones on your ice cream again?0

Well...if you're swearing on the Bieb, how can I not believe you.0 -
I'm guessing water retention. Check out your sodium intake. Also, are you having your period? Sometimes I can gain 4 lbs overnight during that part of my cycle. (unless you're pregnant???)
^This. Look back through your food diaries & see how you are with sodium intake over the past at least few days, if not a week or 2. If you're consistently high, concentrate on cutting back & make sure you're drinking enough water.....0 -

Should I do this before or after my garcinia camboga fruit cocktail?0 -

I'm consistently over on sodium most days, so a lot of the time I just don't even pay attention to it. Its never really reflected in the scales before0 -

I can't believe this got to 4 pages without someone mentioning the most important factor of all when it comes to weight. Was the ice cream clean? You should call the company and find out how they source their ingredients. You may have gotten one of those bad batches that happens when the cow is milked during a thunderstorm while facing south and listening to an audiobook of 50 Shades of Grey. The only way milk can be really clean is if the cow is facing east, the first sunbeams of the day lighting onto its face and Mozart playing softly in the background.
You should call them and demand answers. They need to be held responsible for their shoddy conditions. If you want us to, we can all run over to their Facebook page to complain. MFPers assemble!0 -

Omg, so I was keeping a steady weight on the same calorie intake and then BOOM! Went from 116.4 to 118.6 in just 24 hours! Thought it might be water retention but its been 4 whole days! I just started the next cycle of my weightlifting Monday, I biked on Saturday which I never do, and then I think I ate my ice cream after 10pm one night. What's going on? Here's my weight data for the past week-
Friday- 116.2
Saturday- 116.6
Sunday- 118.4
Monday- 118
Tuesday- 117.2
Wednesday- 117.2
Thursday- 117.6

But I need the carbs for energies. What else can I use for my lifting? !0
