    What is the last thing you ate and why?

    I ate a plate full of cherry tomatoes and snap peas covered in tuna salad.

    Why? I'm doing low-carb for a pinup contest at the end of the month and wanted to lose some belly fat before then.

    I'm doing low carb too! I've lost 14 lbs in the last 10 days. The last thing I had was a cup of "fat tea."

    Whole wheat cinnamon raisin toast with margarine, 1 tbsp of peanut butter and a cup of cold brew coffee for breakfast. I'm ready to take on the gym!!!!

    Currently eating a mint, if that counts? Prior to that I had a sandwich with tuna, raw bell peppers, and red onion.

    Scrambled egg whites (4), mixed with raw veggies - chopped white onion, broccoli, tomato and mushroom. A handful of micro-greens and half a bag of spicy kale krunch a splash of sriracha. Two slices of turkey bacon. Combo green / mint tea. Slimfast mixed berries drink and a piece of sweetmint orbitz. :smile:
