    Half a plain bagel (switching to ww) with peanut butter. Sipping the last of my seconf cup of coffee, my infused water, and thinking about a banana or orange.

    Might try my hand at overnight oatmeal, sounds so good. Do you heat it in the mike in yhe morning? Can't imagine eating it cold.

    I've just had 25g of oats with 50ml of semi skimmed milk and 15g of seed and dried fruit mix. I find it a perfect pre work out brekkie.
