A yogurt parfait. Oats, applesauce, crushed and whole blueberries, plain yogurt, honey, and pumpkin seed granola. Yummy.0

I've just had 25g of oats with 50ml of semi skimmed milk and 15g of seed and dried fruit mix. I find it a perfect pre work out brekkie.0

Just finished an omelette with 1/2 avocado, a slice of pastrami, mozzarella cheese, onions, green peppers and swiss chard and green onions from my garden with a piece of toast with butter and strawberry jam. So good and I will be full until dinner!0

Chocolate protein scrambled eggs. Sounds gross but was delish. Banana, cottage cheese, chocolate protein powder, oats and egg whites, scrambled the same way you'd make scrambled eggs, with mixed berries on top. Very filling.0

3 eggs, sunny side up, half an avocado, a beefsteak tomato, half a cup spinach, half a cup cooked onion, broccoli and sriracha all in one skillet. Because I always eat eggs when my boyfriend works till 8 because I love them and he hates them!0

Breakfast/brunch - 2 eggs whisked with 2 tbsp coconut milk, 1 tbsp dessicated coconut and some stevia, microwaved in bowl for 2 mins, topped with 2 more tbsp coconut milk. Et voila - creamy coconut egg custard, in 3 minutes flat. Loves it.0
