    I have my own program that I have designed to hit weak points, while remaining fresh when hitting the next body part the following day. I just need to come up with a fancy name and ill put it out there.

    I incorporate most of the advanced lifting principals.

    Drop sets.
    super sets
    rest pause
    forced reps
    partial reps
    time under tension.
    burnouts
