I log beforehand as it works best for me and it helps keep me from overeating as I can prepare my meals and snacks the night before. If I don't do it before I'm more likely to over eat. Of couse stuff happens and I adjust as necessary.0

I log either as I am eating or when I am finished. That way, I log exactly what I have eaten. I am too easily bored with food to just pre log and expect to stick to it.0

Some combination of A-C. If I waited for D, I would forget stuff. A is especially good if I'm going out...I can go through the restaurant's menu and find something in advance that has a calorie count I can live with, and is still tasty.0

Mostly I log/plan the whole day after breakfast but I occasionally I'll just log as I go throughout the day. Pre-logging does make meeting all my goals easier so I try to make it a habit but then there's life so you know... lol.0
