I can tell you that once you get past the 7th grade, the penis is not going to have random acts of arousal.

That being said, the largest sexual organ any of us has is the brain. It is how our brains percieve our inputs that makes us aroused or not. Sometimes a touch can be ticklish, sometimes that same touch can be sexual. It depends on the context. As an SICU nurse, I saw more than my fair share of naked people. I have had my fingers in many people's vulva to clean, and to insert catheters, and vaginal suppositories. I have bathed more naked men and women than I could have ever possible imagined.
