LOL, Everyone here has made my day I love it.0

Mine have shrunk a size, but are still perky! Theyve never gotten saggy though, so I'm not sure. Make sure you're doing resistance training and card and get a nicely supportive sports bra0

Sorry to say but I don't think chest exercises help that much - maybe a little but those chest exercises work the chest muscles not really the skin that's creating the problem....age/kids have a lot to do with this...saggy boob skin is part of life....Implants/plastic surgery is about the only way to really fix it.
I like the candle light idea myself!
Here's to having them put back where they belong  all nice & perky after all this hard work! That's my plan anyways I figure after ALL this I deserve my nice perky boobs back!:smokin:0 -
if it worries you that much, you could always get implants that way they never ever shrink, look saggy or sad!!!! That way you keep your self confidence and when you are bending over and doing your little exercises or whatever it is you do, you look GREAT0

As a guy I have never seen a pair of boobs I did not like... so don't sweat it
My man agrees. However.... I'm really starting to not like eggplant..... if you know what I'm sayin'
But I've grown quite attached to my old set.... this new vegetable variety, not so much. Better look up those excercises.:sad:0 -

So long as they are not turning purple, I am sure they are more then fine0 -
I had to post this joke on here...
DOGGIE BRA - makes pointers out of setters.

i do the same thing. i can't stand them to be "free" cause they are just unruly! lol i am going to try to keep them "up there" and booby like for as long as i can! i am kinda discouraged that the cup size goes down and makes them look flatter, if i'm understanding you all correctly. i don't want hangers! lol

I don't think is a TMI post. I'm usually pretty open about my abundant chest. Since puberty, mine quickly blossomed from nothing to 36 DD and they've been there ever since. I gain and lose, but they never seem to decrease in size. The only thing I've earned are stretch marks on them.
I think if you've lost a ton of weight, it's normal for them to look a little droopy. The skin after all was stretched out and is probably loose now that the fat underneath has shrunk down. Moisturize your chest a lot, which helps with skin growth and stretchability and keep doing exercises that work your chest. That's the easiest thing you can do.
Other than that, the only other thing is surgery to do a boob tuck.

DO NOT BEND OVER!!!
I noticed when I was around 35 years old my belly looked best laying down but my boobs started to run for either arm pit. My boobs look best standing up but my stomach was pitiful. MOST OF ALL - EVERYTHING LOOKS BAD ON YOUR HANDS AND KNEES (boobs AND belly try to escape and rest on the bed by hanging down).
I found the perfect answer for this....
CUT THE LIGHTS OFF!!! Everything looks better by candle/fire light.

Haha:laugh: I was cracking up laughing reading this! I think most of those annoyances hold true for all of us women who dont have implants after kids or a certain age. lol, still hilarious to read!!0
