If you eat a lot it will make you make smelly smelly farts. I guess that could be defined as "hazardous."0

The only danger you have is....... Really. Big. Poops.
Seriously, I eat about 250g a day. Never felt better. Protein is satiating. I still feel hungry if I eat too many carbs/fats in a day with too little protein. Also, I don't see many strength athletes getting corralled into the "unhealthy" category and those dudes eat like 4000 calories a day, most of it in protein.0 -
